Hello all
I will be enjoying the snow and ice of South Wales this weekend so you will all have to enjoy the peace and quite without me. I was hoping to get up to the Bwlch to enjoy the delights of those big slopes but I fear the freezing temperatures and the threat of snow might scupper my plans.
Anyway, if you do get out flying then please don't forget to let everyone know when and where you will be flying and let us all know how it went.
Cheerio for now.
Paul

Hi Paul - At the moment Saturday is looking like a NW and Sunday an easterly, so as a Bwlch alternative you could go to Abertwssyg or Meio Common. Meio NW slope is small but would be OK for flying your Highside. It is also lower altitude than Abertwssyg so less chance of snow & ice. Sunday's easterly is more tricky. Your best option would be Fochriw, which you have flown before although this could be off face. But you can sit in your car to get warm.
