Five of us will be travelling over to the Isle of Wight on Saturday 30th May for a day return trip to enjoy the wonders of slope soaring on the Island. This will be our third trip to meet Chris and his friends. All are welcome and the more who come along the better the day will be. Still places available if you would like to join in on the fun. Its well worth the effort !!!

Slope Soaring Sussex is a friendly group of RC glider flying enthusiasts based in Sussex, UK. We slope soar at various locations on the South Downs and have a field for thermal soaring. ‘Slope Soaring Sussex’ is a BMFA affiliated RC Glider-only flying club. We fly many types of RC gliders from conventional slope soarers to Scale, DLG, F3B, F3J, F5J, PSS and more. Our aim is to encourage and promote safe, responsible and enjoyable radio controlled model flying. New and experienced flyers welcome.
Was certainly a great day out the last couple of times we've done it. Nice change of scenery and some mega cliffs ( bit daunting at first!) . The more the merrier.
